Rare presentation of MIS in adult COVID patient: Case report and review of literature

Multi inflammatory syndrome (MIS) is a rare complication associated with covid-19 few cases reported in pediatric age group. This entity not well studied adults. We report case of young male presented to us very critical condition and was diagnosed as MIS-A (Multi Inflammatory Syndrome - Adult). He successfully treated intravenous immunoglobulin, steroids other supportive measure. By correct timely diagnosis this entity, one can prevent fatal outcome.
